Are you ambitious, willing to learn and full of confidence? If not, then we may not be the right fit for you. Currently all new hires start on a commission only basis for the first 120 days. Before we talk salary, let us to see what you are capable of and allow you to see if we are the right fit for you.

During the first week, we will immerse you in our training and make sure you are up to speed on everything you need to know. This extensive training program covers everything you need to know in order to produce. You will get a good understanding of marketing, how to quote and how to close the deal, all while having the clients’ best interest at heart.

After 90 days, you will have the option to sit down with us and negotiate your future. Until then, we are there for you in every way we can to make sure you are successful and have the chance to become a part of our team long term.
